Job Title: Residential Support Workers

Location: Rowden, Bromyard, Herefordshire

Salary: £14,255.36 - £17,425.00, dependant on qualifications and experience.

Contract: Full time, permanent.

The Roles:

Our client is currently looking to recruit Residential Support Workers for both their sites in Bromyard, Herefordshire.

* 37 ½ hour working week, worked over Monday to Sunday
* 3 week rolling shift pattern
* 30 days paid annual leave

They would like to hear from candidates with experience in this sector, or those wanting a career change to Health and Social Care. All staff must be flexible and willing to work shifts that include evenings and weekends.

Winslow Court

Winslow Court is a residential home for 26 adults, with accommodation across four bungalows, all with their own staff teams. Set within twenty five acres of woodland and countryside overlooking the Malvern Hills. Winslow Court is ideal for people with very complex difficulties and challenges who are looking for a peaceful environment.

Rowden House School

Rowden House School provides individualised care and education programmes for children and young people aged 8 to 19 years, with severe learning disabilities, complex needs and challenging behaviour.
